The Spaceship Earth Project is a sponsored project of Fractured Atlas, a non-profit arts service organization. Spaceship Earth was founded by Ben Rosamond. Ben is a British photographer based in New York City who specializes in travel and time lapse photography. His time lapse videos on One World Trade Center have been featured in publications around the world and are on permanent display in the 'One World Observatory' exhibit within the One World Trade Center tower. Ben has been collecting time lapse footage of the changing New York City skyline for ten years. Ben is also a Getty Images contributor.

The Spaceship Earth Project is a confluence of Ben’s interests in highlighting the beauty of the earth with photography and passion to protect that beauty.
